Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for sealed, unused products within 7 days of purchase.
  • If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, a replacement will be provided without extra cost.
  • Opened or used spice products cannot be returned due to hygiene and food-safety standards.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/order number) is required.

 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if a product is out of stock or if we are unable to deliver the order.
  • Refunds may take 3–5 working days after verification.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is on our side.
