4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier conditions.
  • Magic Spice is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or incomplete address details.
  • Once the order is handed over to the courier, the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service.

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Only sealed, unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to food safety regulations.
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for exchange.

 

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only in cases where the product is not available or cannot be delivered.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from Magic Spice.
  • Refunds may take 3–5 working days after approval.
